I went to visit Dr. Lee for my second routine, recommended colonoscopy and he inspired complete confidence. He's calm, takes time with you, answers all questions and concerns. He makes you feel confident that he can handle just about anything without being the least arrogant. He's a great practitioner.

I'm surprised others spoke well about Dr. Lee
Telehealth
Zero Follow-up with an inability to make me feel confident that he has any idea of what he is talking about. I'm one of those patients that spent thousands of dollars on 2 procedures to receive a letter in the mail telling me I'm fine. That was it. No call, no follow-up appointment, no check-in to see how I was doing. I was defiantly not fine and over a year later, suffering the whole time, I was required to go back for a new test. Dr. Lee apologized, but I don't trust that follow-up will be different. After the latest procedure, it didn't work. To get there I had to get imaged, this me feel like I had food poisoning for 2 days and had a rash for a week. No fault of his, but when noted he laughed and moved to the next topic. Maybe it's the inability to have a bed side manner virtually? We will have a 4th procedure to be scheduled, but that was two weeks ago and the clinic has not called me to schedule. I'm paranoid I've fallen through their system again.

Excellent Service, Bedside Manner, and Trustworthy
Dr. Lee has an excellent bedside manner. He took the time to ask me important questions, but also gave me the time to ask questions and answered in a clear direct way. I had full confidence in his abilities, professionalism, and he treated me like a real person. I was very happy to have been referred to him.

My zoom visit with Dr. Lee was excellent. His patience with me as I tried to understand what could be causing my condition and his explanation of the endoscopy was very reassuring in these covid times. I was most impressed with his empathy and care for me, showed through his patience as I was going on and going on. The staff was amazing as well and my endoscopy experience was excellent. I recommend Dr. Lee to everything, his heart of service and his genuine level of care is evident in all he does.

I've had ulcerative colitis for 20 years and dealt with several gastroenterologists. As illustrated in my recent visit, Dr. Brent Lee is hands-down the best. He's smart, analytical, thorough, up to date with the latest research, and an excellent communicator. You can trust him to truthfully educate you, as he did in this and every visit. Beyond that, he's a good guy with a great sense of humor.
