I did not feel that physician listened to a word I said. Two years ago I had the exact same experience with the PA who works at this clinic too. The PA sent me a letter stating my labs were fine when four where way out of the normal limits. A Medical assistant easily made my diagnosis. But this last visit was the final straw. How can this physician help me if he won't listen to me?

Had gallstone symptoms and he and his PA had me get a CT scan - instead of an ultrasound. Was not called about results. Rec'd email saying results were on Onechart Patient. Provider notes in results said gallbladder was fine and to come back if anything else happened. No other tests or explanations for pain. Six months later had to have emergency gallbladder removal as it WAS full of stones and had severe edema. Feel neglected and no longer trust this provider.
