Listens, Personable, Accessible
I saw Dr. O'Brien for sinus headaches. Dr. O'Brien was able to get me a CT scan and Sleep Study right away. A couple weeks later, the data came back, and it turns out I have Sleep Apnea. He listened to my questions, took the time to explain the results, implication, and treatment plan. During the whole process I felt listened to, and in control. Dr. O'Brien was friendly, and despite having a serious condition, he kept the appointment light and friendly to reduce my anxiety. Wait time was minimal, and there was no wasted time with unnecessary procedures. I'm happy I saw Dr. O'Brien, and I recommend him to anyone with anxiety who wants an ENT.

NEVER RETURNING
Horrible. Very cocky and did not listen to me. He just went by what his colleagues said. My specific type of hearing loss was not, 'age related'. I will NEVER go to a practice with which he is affiliated ever again!

Excellent experience. Dr O’Brien provides clear, easily understood explanations and the staff is friendly and efficient. Coordination between audiologist and physician was seamless. Highly recommended.

Dr. Brendan O'Brien is the best in this field. He prescribed a non invasive treatment plan for chronic ear infections that I have seen almost every ENT in the NYC and Philadelphia areas. His office is well managed and little to no wait. I called during a flare up and the front office brought me in same day. I would highly recommend this doctor based on his knowledge of my rare ear issues and that he was able to resolve it quickly.

We are so glad that we found Dr. O'Brien! Our son has been suffering from debilitating Tinnitus for the past 3 months and we were becoming frustrated with the lack of concern and compassion from other ENT Physicians and their mid-level providers that we didn't know what to do. We found Dr. O'Brien to be genuinely concerned and interested in helping us, as parents, find some sort of solution to help our son. He's thorough, knowledgeable and an overall great person! Trust your care to him!
