Incredibly Disappointing and Frustrating!
I don't think I have ever had a worse clinical experience. Rude, bizarrely long wait time (while she is clearly available but just choosing not to see scheduled patients?) poor follow up, and really bad clinical management of my child's case. Strongly recommend finding another provider.

Terrible experience. Do not recommend this doctor.
Terrible experience. I used to go to see another Endocrinologist before and changed to Dr. Kohn (due to distance travel), It was the worst choice. Dr. Brenda Kohn had a very rude responses to my questions, she just ordered studies for my son and never returned calls. Conversations are rushed. Does not spend appropriate time during office visit and treat us with an arrogant attitude. Do not waste your time with her.

Very disappointing. Saw the heads of multiple pediatric endocrinology at the best hospitals in New York. Dr. Kohn made an overarching diagnosis - and concluded just based on a couple of blood results that my daughter would need lifelong medication. This was refuted by two other prominent doctors, who said, that could not be concluded at week 2 of life and her declining numbers. Did not seem to speak of my daughter specifically - but appeared aloof and giving advice of number of other cases but not this specific one.

She’s an excellent doctor who helped my son when he was younger. She was wonderful with him and I would recommend her to anyone who needs her help. Getting an appointment might take awhile but she’s worth the wait.

I met Dr. Kohn when my Newborn had an irregular PKU result. I was panicked and really frightened for my baby. I tried to do my own research but it just made me more scared. Once I met Dr. Kohn she calmed me. She was so gentle, loving and sensitive. She explained everything to me and assured me everything would be fine. I really felt at ease with this Dr. Kohn. I think she has excellent bedside manner, the type that is not often seen. I highly recommend her.
