On May 1 , 2024 I wasnt able to walk, literally. I had been to 3 locations and doctors, assistants at OrthoAZ. I was jerked around. One doctor cancelled an appointment that i waited 3 weeks for and had confirmed the day prior. the staff refused to reschedule me to another doctor.i made an appointment with Dr Roth. He quickly figured out the 2 issues, resolved one with an injection and the 2nd one with another procedure. Efficient.

Dr Roth ordered an SI injection that relieved my wife’s back pain for almost a year. Time for another injection but when he tried to place the order he was told the Scottsdale doctor no longer performed the injections. We were told we had to go to the Biltmore office and Dr Pico would give the injection. Weeks later the SI injection was approved by Dr Pico but when we called to schedule we were told he had left the practice and we would need to reschedule with Dr Ray. A new insurance request would need to be approved and we would need to wait another few weeks before scheduling. By now we were on our third doctor and many weeks have gone by. Tired of waiting Ramona called insurance and was told that the injection request had been approved three days ago. She immediately called AZ Pain doctors and they scheduled the injection with Dr Ray for 7:30am this morning. My wife was relieved that after all of the weeks waiting and doctor changes she would finally get relief. Cancelled! Tears!

I have had several procedures, under sedation, with Dr. Roth with another coming up next week and have absolutely no complaints. The staff is very knowledgeable, comforting, friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

Great experience from check in to check out. Dr Roth was wonderful & kind! I’ve had many epidurals & this was a good experience .

This was the worst experience I have ever had, #1 I was supposed to be sedated The anesthesiology never put me out, I felt everything that Dr. Roth was doing and it was so painful every time he was sticking me with the needle I was jumping it hurt so bad. I am really having a hard time trying to explain this, but I do think that Dr. Roth should’ve known I wasn’t completely out by the way I was jumping. He probably is a very good doctor, I am blaming all of this on the anesthesiology for SHE DID NOT PUT ME OUT AT ALL. I have two more procedures there this Friday and the following Friday and I sure hope that they go a lot better than this one did.

I am so grateful for Dr Roth and the treatment I've received for my trigeminal neuralgia. He has improved my quality of life to help manage my pain. His staff is professional, compassionate and supportive as well.

Great medical staff, I was nervous about being sedated , staff helped me relax. Next thing I know I woke up, it was over fast, felt no pain. Walked away, very impressed with the overall experience. Dr Roth is a knowledgeable & friendly M.D., I appreciate Dr. Roth taking time to go over the diagnosis clearly and treatment options. HIGHLY recommend.

I came in after having back pain that radiates to my ribs for a couple of months. After getting scans and a diagnosis, steroid injections were recommended to reduce the swelling and pain. Dr. Roth has done my injections on my wrist before so I knew I would be comfortable. He makes the process simple, easy and keeps it light. He’s always in a good mood. The nurses and staff are great as well.

Everyone was very welcoming. The procedure was explained clearly. I felt safe and secure. I felt no pain during or after the procedure.

All the staff was super friendly and helpful and Dr Roth explained everything in detail. I was only bummed that he told me they had an equipment failure during procedure and the right side might have to be redone later. I pray I don’t have to do it again

Dr. Roth truly cares about his patients and gives the best care. He is honest and is very kind.
