Dr. Brandon Lancaster, MD

Very nice and interested in you.he is down to earth if he doesn't agree he let's you know and why. My past PC had me kinda in a mess. Dr Lancaster is getting me straightened out. Hope he stays with us forever!!!!

I have had insomnia issues for many years, and been treated with similar meds by multiple doctors. New to the community so when I first visited him, I was frustrated that he would not even consider continuing the same treatments that have been effective. He stated he does not prescribe zolpidem or similar drugs, and that was the end of the discussion. I was referred to sleep specialist with an appointment a couple of months out, but that does nothing for the current insomnia issues. Will find a different doctor that is not so regimented in his thinking.

No bedside manner or patience for a middle aged woman with complex issues. I was a new patient and he showed no warmth at all. I was not treated like an individual with my own set of concerns. Left the appointment in tears after weeks of insomnia from thyroid med changes and his unwillingness to help me or try anything different than what my previous doctor in another state had already prescribed. Three nights of a sleep aid to try and see if it would help was refused because he stated he did not prescribe narcotics, benzos or stimulants, then walked out of the room. Very unpleasant experience.

Takes time to listen and resolve an issue rather than just throw pills at you.

Dr Lancaster is very personable, and easy to open up to; he spends with a patient and does not rush; he listens and he is knowledgeable.

I had the privilege of seeing Dr. Lancaster on a recent visit to Ft. Sanders hospital. I cannot convey how impressed I was with this Dr. He was professional but was also quite personable. He looked me in the eye when speaking to me and didn’t rush out of the room. He was caring & comforting, all the things you want your dr. to be. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with him. Thank you Dr. Lancaster!
