Gentle and helpful
He has consistently taken time to explain things during appointments, and has followed up via messages within 24 hours. His explanations are clear and easy to understand. He is very careful and gentle when removing stitches.

Really arrogant, passive aggressive. If I knew what I needed why would I come to an “expert” to seek medical help?
