Billed for Services Not Received
Dr. Hauss billed me for services I did not receive. His team tossed me from staff member to staff member to find resolution, each call ending with promises to find resolution, then silence. When I called the main line, I was tossed from department to department, each time ending in a voicemail box that was full. I went back in-person to discuss, and the receptionist was completely unaware of what to do. While in line, another receptionist was with another patient, and could not locate the records the patient was requesting, sending the patient into tears. Dr. Hauss was nice enough, but called me "spindly" and sent me on my way with a $400 bill for what I intended to be a preventative annual physical. Multicare is an extremely disorganized practice, offering only a bleak office environment, mediocre services (they couldn't even draw blood onsite), and frankly chaotic energy.

Dr Hauss has been one of the best Dr I have ever seen and I have seen a lot in the past few years. I really miss seeing him since her left the Puyallup area office.
