Dr. Brandon Danford, MD

I recently saw Dr. Danford as my previous dermatologist retired. I cannot say enough good things about him. He was attentive, professional, answered all my concerns and more! His staff was very kind to work me in even when I arrived super early. Looking forward to working with him to keep healthy skin and even hair (who knew?!).

Not at all recommend -Trash. From the check in desk to the doctor and staff. Waiting list to see the doctor is ridiculous because I don’t understand why this doctor has patients and is unable to communicate especially when getting medication and or receiving feedback. Also make sure if you’re trying to get a authorization ask the nurse five months In advance , so that gives them time to get all of their paperwork in order correctly. If you have a life-threatening situation I would not recommend going to the doctor I would recommend they go somewhere else a waste of time and a waste of money they can charge your credit card real fast but when you need help no response

I liked Dr Danford very much (he gets 5 stars) and have a high confidence level in both him and his staff. My dissatisfaction is with the impossible system they have for making an appointment. No one ever answers the phone. You are prompted to leave your number for a callback, which, in my case, never happened. I finally drove to the office and walked in to make an appointment, which seemed to irritate the girl at the front desk. They send you plenty of texts and emails to confirm your appointment, but there’s no way to reply “cancel appointment”. Once again I had to call and go through the same thing (no one answers the phone, give your call back number, etc.). This time I opted to leave a recorded message, and the recording said “the person at this number isn’t available”. Now I don’t know if I left a message that will be listened to or not. On top of it all, the invoice they sent me didn’t show a credit for my copay, and contacting billing about it was very difficult.

Dr. Danford is wonderful. Relaxed and knowledgeable, he makes you feel comfortable and listens to you.
