Would appear he truly couldn't care less.
It started months ago when we called for an appt on a Friday MID afternoon and the office said we'll call you back Monday. They never called back. So I called for an appt a few weeks later and was told the person who schedules new patients is out for a week and she will call back. I said no, we've been down that road before and they finally scheduled an appt. So today, after weeks of trying to just get a response from this office, we wait in valet for 5 cars at St Luke's Plaza and were 10 minutes late. We were advised by two separate people the DOCTOR refused to see us as we were 15 minutes late. Well, we weren't 15 minutes late when we got there. To boot, we were the ONLY people in the waiting room in the early afternoon! I confirmed with a manager that it indeed was the DOCTOR that was refusing to see us as we were 15 minutes late by the time they scanned insurance cards, etc. We were truly appalled, absolutely taken aback by this lack of empathy and service.
