Dr. Brandon Baker, DO

Dr. Baker’s treatment plan for my son for ADHD was ineffective. Dr. Baker was late to visits and his staff was disorganized with regard to scheduling. Dr. Baker wasn’t compassionate in his care, and his staff overcharged me.

Dr. Baker doesn’t just grow on you as a down to earth, vested, committed and candid psychiatrist (who’s a rarity among medication managers working within a limited scope)— he’ll win you over as an altruistic and outstanding human being. I admittedly started working with Dr Baker in the typical “monthly medication management” capacity; however, as it became evident in our working together that I could make more meaningful and multidimensional progress with more frequent appointments that hybridized psychopharmacology with psychotherapy, he broke the “MMM” mold to wear two hats, psychiatrist and psychotherapist, and after two and a half years of, on average, weekly visits, I feel the opposite toward him as a doctor as I have with other psychiatrists ; that is, rather than experience exponential progress early in the working relationship that attenuates or stagnates causing patients to move on or abandon treatment… I feel each session I get more and more out of. Dr. Baker is outstanding.

Stay away from Lifestance and especially DR BRANDON BAKER! He has refused to respond to my messages and those from his own office for over a week for a medication refill. I have called several times and asked for a manager or someone to help and nobody will call me back. This is extremely unprofessional and I will be reporting Dr. Baker to the medical board.

By far the most compassionate/respectful/honest Doctor there is. 5 Stars! He is there…To help..when you need!

Dr.Baker, you really made me second guess you! I have been going to this office for about 6 months, and I originally would see the NP (Karen) who no longer is in this office, and each month I had a totally different physician, in my opinion as a Certified Nurse, felt difficult to do, because I had to repeat everything from the beginning to explain how I am doing with my treatment. I felt that this field of specialist, each appointment is crucial, and one month I had the honor to meet Dr. Baker, and after I explaining my progress he was absolutely caring to my history and did not feel like he ever rushed me, or toned me out. I was so happy, he is the best!!!!!! Listened, had my file right in front, gave me advice and even options if I felt I needed any changes. My medicine was sent to my pharmacy, in which I had a text message seconds after my visit that it was ready for pick up at Publix. Normally I always had to call the office three to four times. REQUEST Dr. BAKER!!

My views on this office has really changed, in the best way possible after Dr. Baker began providing his services here. Dr. Baker has helped me so much through my journey in bettering my mental health. He really cares about his patients and wants to see them succeed. He has changed my views and feelings about psychiatrists forever. He doesn’t just stick pills down your throat, he gets in detail in finding the best thing for your particular need. Thank you so for excellent care and for helping me believe in myself. I am forever grateful to have found this place. I also want to thank, what it appears to be new staff? The person that helps me with my prescriptions (forgot her name) is so professional and really gets the job done. Even calls back when she has spoken to pharmacy. Thank you again!
