How does this woman still practice??
Avoid at all costs if you want to look back on your birth with any good memories. Every appointment I had with her was rushed, my birth was rushed. She wanted to be IN and OUT. Offered no words of encouragement, not even a grin or a smile during delivery. Made rude comments about how much my unmedicated delivery was going to hurt, rather than offer a kind beside manner. I delivered successfully by the way, despite her lack of faith of a woman’s body. So many rude comments throughout. Tried clamping the cord the SECOND baby came out, despite standard practice being to wait 30 seconds - 60 seconds. Was very rough and careless while stitching me. Couldn’t wait to exit the room and left without even a “congrats.” All in all wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy, the most SELFISH woman I have ever met. It’s her way or the highway & despite being a woman, she has completely forgotten the wonders and capability of a woman’s body.

I am a new patient and was charged $300 for a new patient appointment and the dr only spend maybe a minute in the room with us before leaving. My second visit I asked for a prenatal prescription and she told me I didnt really need to take prenatals if I didnt want to. Please ensure you ask about what your insurance covers. They did not tell me for genetic testing would be out of network, I did not think to ask either, but I ended up with a $6,000 bill.

Horrible Doctor and staff at this office. Brandi tore my cervix and won’t even do anything about it. Her bedside manner is horrid and she would rather get in and out of the room with you in less than ten minutes rather than take the time to actually get to know her brand new patient. The front desk staff are so rude as well. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Dr. Nichols has too many irons in the fire. She practices at two different clinics and as such is super busy. She also is dismissive and she just rushes through appointments. Would not recommend

Dr. Nichols seems like a very nice doctor but my birthing experience with her was horrible. Could tell she didn't care one bit about me and just wanted to get it over with because she had a meeting to attend. I'm sure she is a very busy woman but I personally will never forget that day for all wrong reasons. No sympathy AT ALL. Treated like another thing to get off the list. Thankful for the nurses at Capitol Region who actually took a second to check on me whenever they could and cared about explaining things to us. Dr. Nichols even decided to have a little argument with one of the nurses in the middle of me pushing.

Great person very nice but not a high risk doctor or at least her office isn’t high risk friendly. Always hard to eat ahold of someone and have to wait weeks to be seen which when high risk is not ok.

I felt very rushed. She was running behind so when she finally got to me, I felt like she breezed right through to catch up on other patients. I didn't feel like all my questions were answered and still had concerns about my current state. But the icing on the cake was when I walked out of my exam room, to check out, she was laughing a visiting with a couple nurses- So I don't know why she rushed through my appointment when it didn't look like she was with another patient.
