Almost killed me
Dr. Steineck wouldn’t pay attention to anything but my weight. It turned out, he was massively overdosing me on steroid filled trigger point injections. My current pain management said they don’t give in a year what he was giving me in 1 dose for other injections, and never steroids for trigger points. The steroids caused me to develop livedo reticularis (which I had to figure out myself and tell him) and Cushing’s syndrome. The endo I finally saw said I was such a textbook presentation, he took pictures to document my case to teach his students so no one else had to go through this. Dr. Steineck never caught the Cushing’s syndrome. All he would do was tell me to work out more. I was doing 8 hours of water aerobics a week and gained over 40 pounds in less than 3 months. I have disfigurement from the Cushing’s. I have nerve damage from the livedo. I became adrenal insufficient, have had ruptured tendons, and developed POTS because of the steroids. I am now permanently disabled.

My husband and I recently retired and relocated to NE Ohio. One of our biggest concerns was finding a new family doctor. We have been extremely happy with the care Dr. Steineck has given us. Even if he’s in a hurry you would never know it by the time he gives you each visit. He is a true gem in his profession! Highly recommended’

I will never trust anyone other than Dr. Steineck with my families care. I never feel rushed and it is easy to tell he cares about you. I highly recommend him. While he is busy (because he’s good) they will squeeze you in if you legitimately need to be seen. He is wonderful with our 5 year old daughter and doesn’t fear appointments because she’s excited to see him.
