Never go there again. I had problems ever since he did a procedure . Called his office numerous times and no doctor or nurse would even discuss the problem.

The doctor performed a colonoscopy. 12 hours later I developed a fever and pain. When I reached out to the office, I was told to go to the ER. I was hospitalized for three days due to a perforation from the colonoscopy. No one from the office ever followed up with me.I informed them of my hospitalization after three weeks. The doctors assistant assured me they would get back to me and that they had no idea I was in the hospital (even though they told me to go there). Never heard from them again and it has been five weeks.

Dr. Warren is a "doctor's doctor; many doctors see him. I credit him with saving my life. I was blind-sided with colo-rectal cancer that could have been easily overlooked. Dr. Warren found it! Early detection saved my life. I was in shock and he is kind and caring. He is my trusted, go-to doc until this day. He is helpful with other issues and always totally competent and compassionate. I read all of the negative reviews here in shock and decided I had to speak up, although I do not usually write reviews. Now for the complaints: most doctors now collect co-pays up front because they get stiffed too often. Yes, you can wait longer, often because he is so so busy doing procedures and in VERY high demand. He WILL NOT RUSH when it is your turn and explains everything in a caring and professional manner. HE CARES DEEPLY!. I have had him call with test results and return calls very late into the evenings, no quitting time for him!! I have had NO staff issues either. 5 stars!!!!

Dr. Warren requires that you pay the full amount remaining on your insurance deductible BEFORE having the ordered procedure. No payment plans, nothing. I understand he wants to get paid, but demanding someone who needs help with their health pay hundreds of dollars (or more) before even seeing you is just plain GREEDY.

My mom had a procedure yesterday. I was very nervous and so was she. She went to MEC FH and saw Dr. Warren. The entire process was organized from start to end. Everyone was so kind and kept her comfortable. Dr. Warren was amazing. He answered all her questions, even when she was a little confused. I can’t thank Dr. Warren and the staff enough for putting our worries at ease. Thank you!

My wife made an appointment 5 weeks in advance for a simple breathing test, received an appointment reminder call two days prior to her visit, she showed up for her appointment and had to wait for over 2 hours before she was seen. When she was finally called into the office, she was informed that they couldn't do the test because they were out of supplies and that she would have to come back on another day!! A number of people on the staff displayed remarkable ineptitude!

Dr. Warren performed my first colonoscopy and had to deliver some bad news. By the look on his face I could tell he'd rather be doing anything else. But he was very honest and open, and literally laid out what I could expect in the near future. I am forever grateful for how professional and thorough he was on this awful day.

Staff needs a serious overhaul. Consistently rude to my wife who is having chest pain and coughing which given the doctor's concerns could be very problematic (e.g. acid into the trachea). Note to staff - if I was your boss I would have fired you already (and would rate you negative here if I could) and I am a forgiving boss, except when you treat patients poorly. Signed A fellow MD

I was referred to Dr. Warren by my internist. Although I had to wait longer than expected in the waiting room, it was well worth it. He was very thourough, answered all my questions and spent a long time with me. The receptionist told me there was a long wait to get an appointment with him but after explaining my situation, got me right in. I would highly recommend Dr. Warren.

My PCP sent me to Dr. Warren to take care of a few issues, I knew I was in good hands. Easy to get an appointment and staff was very nice as well as personable. Follow up appointments went just as well. It is hard to find a good doctor, but Dr. Warren was a great find. .
