The worst! Dr. Thaemert performed a Lap Nissen surgery several years ago. In the process he destroyed my vagal nerve which caused severe Gastroparesis for which there is no cure or treatment (the condition causes severe daily nausea and vomiting.) I returned to him and he immediately stated "let's schedule you for surgery, w/ all the vomiting your lap nissen is obviously "loose". I was put off by this due to his eagerness to perform a second surgery w/o any testing first. I walked out. When I later had gastro- scoping at Mayo clinic, it was discovered that the Lap Nissen was still intact! He was ready to do an unnecessary surgery on me. I have suffered with nausea and vomiting ever since. SHAME ON YOU DR. THAEMERT!!

He is a caring, compassionate Doctor. He did an excellent job on my surgery which was a very complicated case. I would recommend him to anyone!
