Dr Shoss is currently trying to save my husbands eye from the neglect of our previous one who continues to overlook his conditions. The office was very nice & got us in quickly to be seen. Dr Shoss is very kind, smart & answers all questions. It was a pleasure to see a great Dr who is very concern about your eyes & very patient with older persons who have difficulties!

Dr. Shoss removed my cataract and corrected an astigmatism. I was having a hard time driving, reading or functioning even during daytime. I left his office today 7/18/23 just 11 days after surgery on the second eye with 20/20 vision! I am 69 yrs old! Incredible work by he and his staff. A miracle!

On March 9th I had my first cataract surgery done by Dr Shoss, I was quite happy of the result. On March 23 I had my second cataract surgery done. What a wonderful experience! Everyone was friendly kind, and professional. Dr Shoss is top notch, I would highly recommend him to every and anyone that needs eyecare . He made me feel extremely comfortable in my decision to do the cataract surgery. I wish I could’ve done it sooner.

It is a Hardship to travel to Altamont for a referral with my diagnosis, I requested someone qualified and closer to see. I was happily referred to Dr, Shoss,. who I found extremely easy and knowledgeable to talk with., examination was excellent, and he explained my condition very well, including possible treatments at another time. My appt. was made for my eye exam next year. with follow up on my condition. It is an extremely busy, well organized office with each person knowing their job. My visit went very well and I was very pleased with Dr. Shoss.

Love this guy!! He performed cataract surgery on me about 10 days ago and I have had absolutely, positively no problem whatsoever!!! The entire process was amazing and the results are pretty amazing too.

He is so knowledgeable, i would recommend him to others! You are treated with respect, caring for in such a professional, and caring way! Also, his Staff, all of them are a Great , Caring team!!!!!!!!

Dr. Schoss is a gifted opthalmologist. He takes as much time as necessary to answer all of your questions and concerns as well as explaining in terms that are easy to understand. He also allays any fears of surgery.

Dr Shoss is friendly and caring. He took my vision from 20/80 to 20/20 without glasses. It is truly life changing. He and his staff are so professional, yet approachable. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Shoss is awesome! I highly recommend him. I was very nervous about cataract surgery. Dr. Shoss took the time to explain both the procedure and my options. He relieved all of my worries and convinced me that I would be a good candidate for the Panoptic militi-focal lens. This was the best decision of my life, I can see better now than I ever have! If Dr. Schoss recommends the Panoptic lens, listen to him. It was definitely worth the added expense.

I recently had cataract surgery performed by Dr. Shoss. Due to an underlying eye condition, he did my laser cataract surgery at Advent Health in Winter Park, FL to utilize their laser machine which would be "gentler" on my cornea, which resulted in 100% great results. I'm amazed at the results and don't need glasses (other than reading). I would highly recommend Dr. Shoss, he is extremely professional and knowledgeable; spends time explaining, and answering any questions, and discussing your exact medical issues. His staff is also very attentive and professional. I would highly recommend Dr. Shoss and so glad that he and his practice came to Clermont.

I am not an easy patient.... But, Dr. Shoss earned my respect and my trust very quickly. He very patiently listens and sincerely cares about the comfort and concerns of a patient. He efficiently resolves issues and uses his knowledge wisely. I found him to be 100% professional yet personable. The staff/team are also very supportive and helpful. They were on the ball with appointments, questions and found answers quickly when needed. Each one greeted me with a smile and made me relax and know I was in good hands. Honestly - that was quite an accomplishment. As I stated - I am usually not a good patient but have to admit Dr. Shoss & his team were SPECTACULAR!!!

Dr Shoss is a very knowledgeable, caring doctor. He diagnosed filaments in my eye and actually brushed these out of my eye. I had never had this procedure done before, though I have had eye infections in the past. I am now taking medicine to keep the infection away and to keep my eye happy. Amazing! His staff is excellent!

I have been to many opthomologist in the past few years and he is by far one of best most caring and dedicated doctors I've seen. His staff is also top shelf, very efficient and responsive.

Dr Shoss is excellent. Kind, caring and very dedicated to your well being! I will not go any where else and his staff is dedicated.

Unless you have two plus hours to spend waiting at every appt. look elsewhere. Doctor is great but as a working professional I don’t have time for these types of ridiculous waits for a couple mins with the doctor.

I cannot tell you how happy I am with the results of my cataract surgery. Every minute detail was covered and the entire staff from Dr Shoss, the gals in the office and the surgical facility were absolutely fantastic. My sight has improved tremendously. Can't thank you enough.
