Excellent care for my son
As a mother and a health care provider, I cannot express enough my gratitude to Dr. Rupp and his amazing staff for the care they provided to my son with a very unexpected and emotional diagnosis. I have never seen a team come together so quickly to treat a patient and assure proper follow up is in place. Thank you is just not enough. Knowing that people like you and your staff are in a profession I love makes me know that patients and especially my child can trust in the healthcare system. Again, many thanks and answered prayers.

Hurt pretty bad when changing my catheter, run ...
This guy seemed like an idiot concerning catheter changing, side effects of medications, 2-balloon catheters. Complete idiot. Find another doctor. He did not use my insurance card and sent me the bill, $600 for cystoscopy, $500 for a catheter change and it hurt really bad and caused bladder spasms for 6 days afterward. I'm glad I did not let him do surgery on me.

Highly recommend Dr Rupp. Had bladder cancer when 62 years old. Discussed several options with Dr Rupp, and decided on neo bladder procedure. Surgery and recovery takes a bit of time, like most any surgery. No bags or pouches just some minor adjustments when sleeping. 10 years now cancer free and have been able to continue to do the activities I love.

Most of the men in my family have encountered prostate cancer so I chose to be proactive and find a doctor who would work with me and my concerns. When I contacted this office I had no problem getting an appointment. The staff from the front desk to the nurses were pleasant and helpful. I found Dr. Rupp to be very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful as we set up a plan to monitor my prostate health. I have been going to see him every year. I have in the past, and will continue to, recommend others to his Clinic.

Dr Rupp did bladder surgery on my husband. He has been monitoring him every 3 months. We were very pleased with the outcome of the surgery and enjoyed meeting and talking with him. He was thoughtful and informative..

Dr Rupp has horrible communication skills with patients, he had no answers for questions I asked, took no samples of any kind to see if there were any other issues going on. He diagnosed me with Epaditimytus and said if I continued to have pain he could remove my left testicle! I wouldn't recommend him to anyone!

A bit brusque, almost to the point of rude. Was not forthcoming with ED suggestions of education. In my judgement, he let his religious or moral bias supersede his responsibility to his patient.
