He's rude, talks over you, doesn't let you speak. He's condescending and wrong. Caused unnecessary stress and emotional stress by misdiagnosing me. I went and saw someone else and was diagnosed correctly. I went on the correct treatment plan and most of my symptoms are gone or will be completely gone come menopause. What bugs me the most is that what I was correctly diagnosed with should have been super easy to pick out. It was minor but he would stop talking over me to figure it out. If he can't diagnose the slightest of gyn issues he's not competent.

Dr. Kasavana put me through unnecessary emotional, physical, and financial stress because of an issue stemming with what he originally believed to be a polyp in my uterus. Following surgery, he did not find a polyp and had perforated my uterus during a routine tubal dye study. After not discovering a polyp during surgery, he concluded that I had a septum dividing my uterus. He stated that I could not and should not try and conceive as a miscarriage would be likely with this septum. He ordered an MRI to measure the thickness of the septum. MRI results showed no indication of a uterine septum. He explained that this is likely because the spectrum is “extremely thin” and suggested I schedule a hysteroscopic metroplasty surgery to remove the septum. Luckily this is when we decided to get a second opinion with a new, reputable fertility specialist. After explaining the situation to our new fertility specialist, she stated that it was “uncommon” for a surgeon to perforate a uterus during

Dr. Kasavana is the best hands down. After 3 miscarriage he made sure to explain everything with my 4th pregnancy. He even personally called to check on me. I had many complications and I believe he is the main reason my daughter is here today!!!
