Great Doctor!!
Dr. Eilerman takes the time to hear my problems and concerns. At this appointment we discussed my weight loss journey. I have hypothyroidism so I gain weight just looking at food. At 400lbs I thought I’d never be able to lose weight but, Dr. Eilerman has helped me lose over 200lbs!! He is the only doctor that listened to me and took me serious when I said I don’t want weight loss surgery but, I need to lose weight. His reply was…How can I help you get to your goal. He has been my biggest fan with each pound I lost. At times during my weight loss journey I have gained weight but, Dr. Eilerman has never given up on me. It takes great doctors like him to have success stories. I can not forget to mention Kim his medical assistant. She too is one of the best!!

From Ignored to Heard: My Thyroid Care Journey
I felt disregarded by Dr. Eilerman, who shifted my decade-long effective thyroid treatment to focus only on TSH levels, ignoring my worsening fatigue and its impact on my studies. Despite my openness to monitoring for side effects and a clear bone density scan, he consistently lowered my medication. This seemed more about avoiding legal concerns or asserting control, diminishing my trust in his care. However, transitioning to a new doctor who practices a holistic, patient-centered approach transformed my experience. This doctor considers my symptoms and actively involves me in treatment decisions, proving the importance of listening to patients and integrating their experiences into healthcare.

Best doctor ever. He was the only one to go a step further in testing and actually made a major finding for where all my health problems were stemming from. He always is thorough and always makes sure my symptoms are nothing new coming about. He stays one step ahead and always is responsive when I contact him to leave a message pretty quickly. He remembers a lot about me even though he has such a huge load of patients. Amazing doctor and I wish there were more like him. I will definitely stay with him as long as possible.

I am a physician. I refer extensively to Dr. Eilerman and will often confer with him regarding patients who have extremely complex endocrinology issues. I can attest that Dr. Eilerman is an excellent diagnostician and has a wonderful bedside manner. Quite frankly, he is one of the smartest physicians I know. I have the utmost confidence when entrusting my patients to him. I will add a tidbit about his staff. They are a hard working bunch and care about the patients. It is often difficult for patients to see what goes on behind the scenes. Many endocrine drugs these days are very expensive, particularly many of the new diabetes drugs. Obtaining these medications often requires jumping through numerous hoops with insurance companies to include significant paperwork/staff phone time for a prior authorization up to and including a personal call from a physician to appeal a denial. Dr. Eilerman and his associates are my first choice and best endocrinology specialists!

Dr. Eilerman is the best! He is so caring. The way that he listens to his patients shows how he truly cares. Most doctors visits you’re in and out quickly. Not with Dr. Eilerman. He’s very knowledgeable. The best in his field.

Dr. Eilerman is absolutely one of the best doctors I have ever encountered. He’s very smart, takes time to listen to his patients and is intent on finding the right treatment for them. My dad has been to numerous doctors for his diabetes but it was still uncontrolled. With a short time of seeing Dr. Eilerman, it was under control because he was finally getting the right combination of medication.

I highly recommend dr. Eilerman! Myself, my mom, and my sister are patients of his for 3 different disease states. I’ve never met a doctor more willing to go the extra mile to diagnose and then to find the best possible treatment for our needs. In an era where most doctors are overwhelmed and overburdened, somehow dr. Eilerman practices with the highest amount of passion, and true cares about his patients. He is also one of the smartest and most intelligent humans I’ve ever met, and always makes sure he is educated on the cutting edge of medicine. My mom had something wrong with her that no other doctor could diagnose or figure out. She left the hospital on 5 drugs, but with no real answer or diagnosis. I knew dr. Eilerman could figure it out! Of course he did.. it was a rare hormonal disorder and he was able to get her off all of her meds over time! I feel blessed knowing my family is in such great hands!

Amazing provider who really listens to his patients. He takes time to find out what is causing the problem instead of just treating the symptoms I was having. He thinks outside the boxes and will not stop searching till he can figure out what is going on.

Dr. Eilerman has always made me feel like I am being well taken care of. It is comforting after my dad’s long illness with diabetes. I know that he is very knowledgeable and caring of his patients. He goes above and beyond with his patients as I have experienced this treatment myself! I would not go anywhere else. I have found his staff to be helpful and pleasant.

Dr's staff is very, very unhelpful, condescending, and uncaring. Example: I called about my insurance rejecting 2 very important (to me, NOT to the staff) medicines. The 1st time I talked to the receptionist, I noticed she was not able to actively listen when I spoke, which is problematic. I let it go, but the next time she called was the same way. She made assumptions about the issue that caused her to interrupt and not retain information or care at all what I was saying. I was rushed off the line after she conveyed the dr didn't want to recommend another medicine that insurance covered. Both times I called I tried to say I wanted the medicine insurance didn't cover if there was not another recommendation. She was not able to listen. Her goal was to trivialize, not empathize, and it was a terrible experience. I finally asked to be transferred and the nurse was as amazingly uncaring as the last person. Would NOT recommend going here if you want to treated with patience, kindness, or re

Dr. Eilerman is an amazing doctor. He was the only doctor to really listen to my daughters medical issues, and after YEARS of misdiagnosis he knew immediately that she had Cushings Disease. He has turned her life around. I can not say enough about this man, his office staff, and the care he gave. Follow up care has been exceptional. I will forever be grateful.

Best doctor I have ever seen either not just relating to disorders of the endocrine system but in general. He is extremely knowledgeable and immediately figured I had Cushing's Disease and Obstructive Sleep Apnea when no other doctor figured this and follow up diagnostic tests and studies confirmed I had both of these disorders. Was willing on multiple occasions to spend extra time with me discussing things. Often sees me earlier than my appointment time if I arrive early.

Office staff disorganized. I sent a fax, called and explain what I needed, sent a message thru My Chart, sent fax AGAIN and drop off a form to be signed for a job interview. (All in all had contact with at least 3 employees explaining what I needed to ALL of them) and it took 6 days and another phone call from me for them to say we can't sign the form. I wish SOMEONE would have told me that 6 days ago.It shows no one really cared and very non apologetic. POOR, POOR SERVICE.
