Too rushed, did not follow through with plan
Always seems rushed. Does not seem to have a grasp on what is in the chart. Wanted to start a new plan, did not follow through. New prescription was never placed. Can't reach anybody in his office to communicate about recent visit and or change in plan.

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Matthews?
My appointments with Dr. Matthews - especially the later ones - were distressingly-rushed affairs, with Dr. Matthews popping into the room, barely sitting down, perhaps flipping hastily thorough my chart then exiting rapidly after providing only the most cursory sort of feedback. Presumably he thought that my appointments with him were unnecessary, though he never communicated anything like that to me. Given that he was paid for each of these visits, I feel that a greater level of care was due.
