No care or concern for patient
Dr. Tsu performed Hernia surgery on my father who is hard of hearing and a Spanish speaker so I went with him to his appointments. This review is on Dr. Tsu's bed side manner. He is terrible! He never introduced himself as the doctor and spent less than two minutes with him at both his appointments with zero opportunity to ask questions because he was already running out the door. It felt like a drive thru visit! This guys is weird. I suppose as for as surgery goes everything went well as he did not have any complications but overall I did not feel like he had any care or concern for his elderly patient.

DR. BRADFORD HSU PREFORMED SURGERY ON ME THIS LAST DEC 2023AND I FEEL LIKE NEW, THE STUFF WERE VERY KIND AND PROFESSIONAL, AND THE DR. WAS AMAZING , I WILL REFER MY FAMILY WITH THIS DR. BECAUSE IT MADE ME FEEL LIKE IM IN GOOD HANDS. THANK YOU DR. BRADFORD HSU

He is a very impatient doctor
I had a hernia operation and it was ignored by this doctor various times now I have complications and pain and it was never explained what is happening or what happened to me or what was done to me

Dr. Hsu preformed 3 surgeries on me in 2015. I had breast cancer and he was the best. He spent quality time in the office visits with me and explained my treatment plan in detail to me. Every time another doctor sees my scar site they compliment him on his work.Dr. Hsu is very well favored in the community and it's because he is a fantastic surgeon. I may need to go back for another surgery and if I do, I hope he can do my surgery. I changed medical insurances so hopefully I can get him to do it

I would not recommend this doctor. I went through 4 surgeries with him for something that could have been done after the first. I ended up being sent to a specialist because he did not know what he was doing. The specialist told me there were steps from the surgeries that were missing that prevent me from getting better. So here I am in debt and its all thanks to him. Thank you Doctor for your horrible service. You're a nice guy, but don't preform a surgery if you don't know what you're doing.

I had a Groin Lymph Node Biopsy, Dr. Hsu was very professional, and did a great operation, He explained everything.The Operation was on 01 June 2006 at Scripps Mercy Hospital
