Dr. Braden Foster, DO

Very disappointed in unprofessional behavior. I brought my children after ped. dr. retired. His care wasn't great, although the staff was, so I let the red flags slide. I've had to reschedule appts while in the office due to the line for checking in putting me 3 minutes late. I've had scripts sent late, incorrect, & to wrong pharmacies. Very difficult to get a hold of a person. Final straw, when my child, who attends school out of state, was unable to make her appt in person. I called to reschedule, was told they would call back to set up a telehealth call. They called my daughter 4 days later, said she would have to come in person or find another doctor. They wouldn't refill her scripts (ADHD, OCD, anti-anxiety). I called back to figure it out, they gave me inaccurate information, asked to speak with him. He refused, saying he didn't have time & specifically included derogatory comments about my daughter. I was shocked & disgusted, she's seen him for years, it's her mental hlth.

Dr. Foster became my doctor later in my life, under recommendation by my nephrologist to find a primary care physician. He has helped make the transition of my primary care a smooth one. He listens well and and explains what is going on clearly and carefully, which is very important to me since I have vision and hearing difficulties.. He is friendly and approachable. He has been quick to get me in when something unexpected comes up in my health needs.
