Dr. Brad Schafer, DDS

Dr. Schafer had done my first front tooth implant about a year ago, so unfortunately I had to get another consult because the other crown on my other front tooth broke. I was very upset at the time because I didn't want to return to my former dentist. Chelsea, at the front desk, brought me to an exam room and I spoke with Dr. Schafer about my concerns. He examined my tooth and set up an appointment with a dentist that they use for referrals to make a flipper for the interim. The implant was done with excellent results. I can't begin to explain how much better I felt after that visit. Dr. Schafer and all the staff, the ones I met, namely, Chelsea, Rosie, Ana, ShyAnn and Jared were so kind, compassionate and caring at a very difficult time. I highly recommend Dr. Schafer. Our community is a better place because of his contribution to our health. Waterford Oral Surgery is a great place for oral care!

Dr. Schafer is compassionate as well as highly skilled and gentle. As a cancer patient I needed reassurance and substantial information about my procedures. He was exceptionally kind, generous with his time and information, and a wonderful caregiver. The staff are friendly, caring, and efficient. My original consult at Waterford was with Dr. Evans who was very warm and welcoming. I can honestly say that I received highly personalized, professional, excellent, and timely care and am very happy to recommend this practice.

Brought my daughter to get a procedure done and I asked her how Dr. Brad & his staff treated her. She said they were all nice. Also the front desk was amazing with customer service and in general. Dr. Brad Schafer called me personally and asked how my daughter was feeling. That I highly appreciated. Not many Doctors call and check up on their patients. Thank you all!

I was very nervous about an extraction. It was over so fast and I did not feel a thing. NEVER had an experience like this before. Absolutely without a doubt would return and highly recommend Dr. Schafer and his great staff.

I went in to get a tooth pulled. I’m 60 years old and this was my first. dr Schafer explained to me everything he was going to do. It took about the time he said and I was very relieved. The other gentleman explained to me everything I needed to do the next couple of days. I have had no bleeding and have taken none of the pain pills he prescribed as I have had no pain. The Dr did call me the evening of the surgery while I was out walking my dog. He said sounded like everything was going good. I got a call the next morning asking about how I was doing. They genuinely care for their patients. I have had no bleeding, no swelling, and no pain. I was worried but I know where I will go if I ever need another tooth extracted.

Wonderful service. Office is clean and well maintained. Support staff was efficient and helpful with scheduling and billing. Multiple step procedure came out beautifully!!
