If I could give negative stars I would.! My mom, who has had multiple brain procedures due to aneurysms was taken to the ER with slurred speech, drooling and a slight droop in her face. 3 hours in they determined she wasn’t critical enough to administer any emergent tests on a Sunday, was not administering ANYTHING but vitamins through her iv. She’s a 67 pound woman with a soaring blood pressure while we were there of 225/109. They discovered a pretty severe UTI as well and never provided any care for that. I expressed my opinion and he was so completely rude to me. Asked what I expected and I told him I wanted her transferred to Madison. He returned a few minutes later and said no beds in Madison. I asked what about UW or Meriter and his response was, um it’s Covid, there are no beds anywhere. Plus he added she wasn’t critical enough do anything besides wait till the morning. I signed my mom out against medical advice and took her to UW, recovering from a stroke

Brought my 17 yr old daughter in with excruciating tooth pain. He was rude and condescending to both her and I. Gave her a single shot to numb the pain but didn't seem to care that it only numbed her tongue. Then, he tried to prescribe a medication that she literally just stated she was allergic to. When we reported the mistake, he decided it was too much trouble to write a new script for a different antibiotic and sent her away with nothing. So now my teenager daughter gets to suffer for the next several hours until we can get to the dentist.

Dr. Rogowski misread a scan done in the emergency room and sent me home. The next morning I had to be rushed to UW Hospital with a life-threatening condition that resulted in me being hospitalized for ten days. Dr. Rogowski treated me as less than a human being; I believe he did not spend time looking into my symptoms and scan because he thought I was an addict seeking pain medication.
