Most compassionate Doctor!
He always listens, takes time with me, checks in, follows through….. he’s curious about hearing other modalities that help and open to all feedback and different points of view. Made me feel empowered to heal and be well, so grateful to have had gone through a tough experience so smoothly with guidance and support!

Absolutely Amazing!
I had keloid growths in the abdominal area that became so large that they became problematic. Surgery and radiation therapy was recommended.I was hesitant about the radiation but after meeting Dr. Factor all my fears vanished. It was like a visit with Mr Rogers. He was so kind, genuinely polite, and very comforting. Dr. Factor explained the procedure, why it was recommended, the pros and cons. I was never pressured into making a decision, in fact he sat with me and answered all my questions. I didn’t feel rushed, he made me feel like I was his only patient for that day!I thank God for putting me in Dr. Factor’s care, and the outstanding staff at the Oncology Center. I was treated as if I was the president of the United States. I wish I could give him 100 stars!

An extremely caring, competent doctor
Dr. Factor is an amazing radiological oncologist I saw when diagnosed with lung cancer. He explained clearly Stereotactic Body Radiation which he recommended. The process went smoothly and I had very little side effects. Cancer was cured without additional treatment. All follow up appointments were on time and I am grateful for being the care of Dr. Factor.

The most caring and kind doctor I have ever known.
The most caring and kind doctor I have ever known. Dr. Factor was kind to Ron who had serious cancer issues. He listened to Ron, even though Ron could hardly speak with Cancer of the tongue. Was thankful to have Dr. Factor taking care of Ron.

Amazing Doctor
Dr. Factor has made sure that I had all the appropriate information needed as related to my care. If I have questions, he takes the time to address them and eases any concerns. Nowadays it’s like doctors are programmed to see as many people in a given amount of time and they don’t have the time to spend to ensure that the patient is informed about treatment and or side effects and comfortable when they leave the office. Dr. Factor is not one of those doctors, he takes the time to explain things, to answer your questions, most importantly, he listens to what you say and he truly cares for you as a person. Doctors like Dr. Factor are quickly becoming the doctors of the past and you can thank your insurance companies for that. I know I am great full that Dr. Factor has been a vital part of my treatment! Thank You!!

Trust, Compassion, Listens, Cares.....
I was introduced to Dr. Factor in 2018 as my Radiation Oncologist for skin cancer on my scalp that had to be excised. The dermatologists pushed for radiation but Dr. Factor did not want to put me through that, as he felt it wasn't necessary. He referred me to Mayo Clinic Dermatology and my issues were solved without radiation. I trusted this doctor from my first meeting. He is kind, compassionate, and caring; however, the most important thing to me is....he LISTENS, he takes the time to listen to your concerns, answer your questions, and treats you with respect. I was just diagnosed with non-small cell squamous lung cancer and start my radiation treatments with him next week. I'm in good hands with Dr. Factor and his team and trust Dr. Factor explicitly. Should you require his expertise, I highly recommend Dr. Factor without reservation.

Dr Factor explained quite well the procedures that I would be having for my treatment. He ansered all of my questions and was very cordial during my consultation. I liked his manner and that he had read my application. He listened to my concerns. My feeling was that I can ask about anything and his pleasant demeaner would stay the same. I look forward to our patient doctor association.

We had the privilege of having Dr. Factor as my husbands' radiation oncologolist the past year. He took time to explain things we didn't understand. Walked us through the various steps necessary for treatment. He has a sense of humor and a great bedside manner.

Dr Factor is one of the kindest, most caring and knowledgeable doctors I have ever had in my 69 years. He was so good to me and made my radiation treatments a little easier. I could tell right off in my initial visit I was going to like this man very much.

He is fantastic! Very personable, listens well, open to your suggestions for treatment, accommodating when appropriate, never rushes you out of his office, knows his job, great staff. If you have to go to a crappy treatment like radiation, he'll make it as pleasant as possible. I was always early to my appointments, they often saw me before my appointment time. I wish he were my family physician.

Dr. Factor spent an hour visit with me and my husband during our initial visit to explore treatment options for my newly diagnosed condition. He answered all of our questions and was patient, informative, professional, and compassionate, even following up with a phone call to see if I had additional questions. We never felt rushed. I plan on returning for treatment if my condition warrants.
