Had two appointments with him. He sent me for testing. In the interim i ended up in the ER. Was told to do an emergency follow up with him. The next available appointment was two months away. I was unable to contact him in any way to review testing that was done in the ER. It is impossible to deal with staff that will not allow me to speak to him. I had to resort to finding another doctor

Complete avoidance
I had two visits with him. When being rushed to ER his office was notified and never heard from them nor the doctor. When discharged was told to make a urgent appointment for a follow up. The soonest appointment available was two months away. After asking for an urgent phone call from him i was ignored. He was not even available to review the results of testing taken from the ER.

Very disappointed with Dr Dworkin and his team. He cancelled a procedure at the last minute after I spent two days doing horrible prep because his staff did not communicate to me. He then ignored my phone calls and was afraid to contact me to apologize or explain what happened. He only cares about doing tests and making money he doesn’t care about the patient, wish I could give zero stars.

Dr. Dworkin was the 4th GI I was referred to. He was non-judgmental and did not rush into surgical options. He respected my preference for a nasal-gastric tube and collaborated with my nutritionist to determine feeding formula/recommendations. He did not rush the appointments and treated me with compassion, respect, and as a partner in my care (he even told me he was proud of me for using the NG to overcome my PTSD and anorexia). I was able to contact his PA with any questions.

Dr. Dworkin is everything a doctor should be: extremely knowledable, skillfull, caring, compassionate, and very friendly. He always puts me at ease and is supportive in everyway. I have gone to hm for several colonoscopies, and endoscopies. He makes sure I am comfortable, give him all the information he needs to know, and is there when I wake up to tell him his findings and recommendations. I am blessed to be in his care.

been sick for years, told I was crazy or had IBS- he diagnosed me with Erlos Danlos Syndrome everyone had missed! Really helped me and finally I have an answer for all my problems!
