Shame on Office Staff and United Healthcare
Newly diagnosed with ALS, we called 4 times to arrange an appointment. They NEVER called back. Had to drive over there only to find out they are not taking new patients. They could have had the courtesy and decency to say that by a simple return phone call instead of wasting valuable time which I do not have to spare. Shame on United Healthcare for assigning me to a provider that is not taking new patients.
