If you care about yourself, seek another professional. My quest results indicated I was pregnant for 2 months and had a UTI. All this doctor told me was that I have cholesterol and to see him in two months. I had to see another doctor for a real evaluation. Stay away, does not care about his patients

Excellent visit! Thank you Dr Vaisman and team!
Excellent experience from the start! Wow and thank you!!! My 83 yo mom hadn’t seen a Dr in 7 years and my brother and I didn’t even know she had one. Dr Vaisman and his staff were so great I can’t even begin. So grateful and impressed and relieved. Everyone was beyond gracious and helpful from the initial phone call to the visit office and exam. Thank you all!

Great Experience
I recently had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Boris Vaisman From the moment I walked into the clinic, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Dr. Vaisman's professionalism and expertise were evident throughout my entire experience. He took the time to listen attentively to my concerns and thoroughly explain the treatment plan. His extensive knowledge and experience in his field were evident, and I felt confident in his recommendations. Not only did Dr. Vaisman demonstrate exceptional medical skills, but he also showed genuine compassion and empathy. He made me feel comfortable and reassured throughout the entire process, which greatly eased any anxiety I had. Moreover, Dr. Vaisman's availability and accessibility were remarkable.

Outstanding
What a great office! My first visit here, and the office staff was friendly and helpful, the nurse was great, and Dr. Vaisman was thoughtful and professional. The negative reviews regarding the office are totally unwarranted. You won't find a more competent, efficient, and kind group of people. And the doc is top notch!

Lost my old insurance-gained a new doctor for life
Dr Vaisman listened and seemed to really care. I am brand new to the office and terrified of doctors, however, I’d be happy to return. I felt safe and comfortable and Dr Vaisman is very accessible. I also found his front office staff to be very kind and professional.

Never again
I'd rather die than go back to Boris, however with how he treats his patients, I'd probably be dead already if I hadn't found a new doctor

If anyone spends five minutes with with Dr Vaisman, the one thing you learn very quickly is that Dr. Vaisman went to medical school to help people. Dr. Vaisman was not my PCP, I was helpless in my time of need because of the complex web of medical insurance. Dr. Vasiman jumped on the phone and spoke with my PCP to explain the urgency of my health situation. Pleaing with the PCP to see me due to the situation, but to no avail. Dr. Vaisman then spoke with my insurance provider explaining the overall situation but again, with no success. I've never seen a doctor, not even on Grey's Anatomy or House, get so involved on making sure a patient gets the help he or she needs. It was clear to me, to his staff and to everyone in the waiting room that Dr. Vaisman was frustrated with the system and frustrated with my Doctor. Dr. Vaisman genuinely cares about people and their well being. If you're looking for a doctor who has that innate characteristic, Dr. Vaisman is the one.

He is a very good Dr with great personality. He will make you feel comfortable. I have been going to him for close to 10 years. The only complaint that I have is that his office staff/front desk are not super friendly and wait time can be very long as he has become very busy. But overall a good Dr.

Came as a new patient for preventive care. Did the lab test. 3 weeks already passed by. I'm constantly calling the office and it seems that he's too busy to talk to me. Still waiting for the results and recommendations and wonder how long I still have to wait.

Need surgery , BV will not call surgical referral until I get a routine screening colonoscopy , staff is unfriendly, , hard to get appointment have to wait weeks , wonder why still accepting new patients? Staff talks condescendingly , don't do a walkin with out calling first you will be treated like the bad person you are....
