Dr. Bonnie Epstein, MD

Outstanding. Dr. Epstein is compassionate and caring. She is an excellent practitioner.

I guess she's focused on cosmetics, because she referred me to someone else and wasn't keen to treat my condition. I left the office feeling terrible. I waited two months for this appointment and was recommended by a colleague.

Dr. Epstein is an outstanding dermatologist. She is knowledgeable, excellent at identifying questionable lesions and other skin conditions, and excellent at treating skin problems in general. She cares about me as a patient and as a person. She takes the time to listen. She makes sure I understand what she sees and the options for dealing with problems. She is careful and minimizes pain and scarring. I could not ask for a better, more skilled, or more informed dermatologist or doctor. She is also a great person. Her staff is very professional and very courteous.

I have long been a patient of Dr. Epstein. She has always impressed me with her kindness and knowledge. However, these past few weeks she has undoubtedly saved my life. I returned home after a trip to South Africa and shortly afterward developed a strange red bite on my calf. No one had seen anything like this. Through her wide range of expertise, she identified it immediately and put me on the path to recovery She is clearly the best. Five stars

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Epstein. She has helped me after hours and been graceful regarding delicate topics. She's a bright, insightful, kind, funny doctor. I feel grateful to have her in my life; for decades now!!

I went to Dr. Bonnie because my mom highly recommended her, and she did not disappoint. She is super nice, very knowledgeable, and encouraging. She's the only doctor I've had that walked through the door of the examination room 4 minutes after my appointment time! You couldn't ask for a better doctor!

Dr. Epstein saved my skin from extreme plaque psoriasis. After three past dermatologists could not help - Dr. Epstein correctly diagnosed and guided my treatment. The doctor recommended a treatment that completely cured my alligator skin on chest and neck. A very talented dermatologist.

Dr. Epstein saw me on an emergency basis when I developed a rash my primary care provider couldn't diagnose. She fit me into her schedule, had a warm and caring demeanor, and later followed up personally to see how I was doing. Five stars.

Dr. Bonnie Epstein is a great dermatologist. She is devoted to her patient’s best interests and treats you with dignity and respect. One evening I learned of my son’s discomfort from a worsening rash. I called Dr. Epstein’s home number. She answered on the second ring and told me, “you did the right thing to call me.” She is an expert in diagnosing skin cancers. Dr. Epstein is everything you could ever want in a doctor.

Dr Epstein saved my life after another dermatologist I had been going to every 6 mos for several years failed to recognize or diagnose a melanoma. Unlike the other dermatologist, Dr. Epstein recognized that area of my skin looked abnormal. Not only did she find this lesion before it metastasized but she immediately set me up with the proper cancer center physicians at Johns Hopkins. She is extremely caring and kind in addition to being an excellent diagnostician. In short, she is the BEST!

Love the doctor but will not be returning. They sent me a check for my balance which I called to pay over the phone with my Health Savings Account. They advised that I need to send in a check (which I do not have). The other option is for me to visit their office to pay my balance which is only open from 9-4 during the week. Most people are working during those hours and can't go in the office to pay.
