Had tooth extracted and she left a root in there that became infected! My dentist found it and I had to go back to this lady!

Excellent work extracting one of the 'big' molars, while using local anesthetic. Molar was old root canal and in front of impacted wisdom tooth. I'm in my 70s and concerned about a broken jaw if a surgeon applied too much pressure while I was under general anesthetic. No problem for Dr. Arroyo!! Post surgery, she gladly took my call night of operation when I was concerned about bleeding. She stayed on the line while I performed several suggested test. All okay. But she said to call anytime. Also, called with two follow up 'how are you' calls. I could not be more pleased with the Doctor and her practice.

Dr. Arroyo and her staff provide excellent heart felt service from the very moment you enter the door. From the initial consultation regarding my wisdom tooth extraction I felt at easy. Whether it was the sharing of helpful insight regarding my surgery and insurance options to just regular friendly conversation with all the ladies around the office. I would say it’s an awesome place to come to get all your dental surgical needs met!

So far, my experience has been disastrous with the staff here. I do not know about the doctor; but the staff there are terrible people. All they needed to do was to call my pharmacy and put in an antibiotic order for the pharmacy so that I can come to my appointment ready and what did they do? NOTHING and when I called to complain to doctor, they tried to stop me from talking to doctor just to cover their backs.

The care here was awful. The staff was rude and demeaning. I felt threatened and unsafe in this office. Scheduling was a nightmare, and when I arrived, they told me Indid not have an appointment! Do NOT go to Bonnie Arroyo. Her practice is nothing short of a disgrace!

I would not allow Dr. Arroyo to inspect my dog's teeth. She was completely unprofessional and recommended a procedure that I did not need. After I forwarded the second opinion from another surgeon Dr. Arroyo suggested that he had a bad reputation. As a professional you should never speak ill of your colleagues. The whole office had a terrible smell.

Incredibly rude staff members. Felt like a major inquisition as they harassed me about providing insurance information that I had sent ahead of my appointment. They were unhappy that I wanted to stand while I filled out paperwork instead of sitting, which they had told me to do. I actually felt threatened by one of the intake clerks.

If I could give my experience so far at HarborView Surgical Arts more than 5 stars, I would. Dr. Arroyo and her staff members are spectacular. I had an extraction done here, and the surgery was very comfortable and painless. Dr. Arroyo is extremely skilled, knowledgeable, professional, and kind. I had many questions for Dr. Arroyo and her staff members, and they were nothing but helpful. I will be referring friends and family to Dr. Arroyo. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about HarborView Surgical Arts. Dr. Arroyo is absolutely amazing, caring, genuine, and knowledgable. I am an anxious dental patient. I came here for a tooth extraction, for which I was already freaking out. The whole staff was kind, understanding, and very calming. The atmosphere is lovely as well, it feels almost spa-like and does not have the loud sounds or stereotypical look of a dentist office (a nice bonus for people who are wary of dentists). I ended up d
