Dr. Wilkerson does not provide the necessary follow up to monitor cancer. We were just in his office 2 weeks ago. Due to an emergency, went to another hospital. Found out the cancer has metastisized from prostate to lungs and bones. Yet, 2 weeks ago Dr. Wilkerson said the bone scan was clear and psa was .5. Said come back in 3 months. Just selling us Lupron shots to make $$$ and not caring about actual monitor the patient. Look for a second opinion if you are seeing this office.

We would wait for hours to see Dr. Wilkerson. My personal opinion is this: We waited too long between visits/scans. Cancer was cured! GREAT!! Let's wait 3 months and take another scan (because that's the first appointment available)... guess what, cancer has come back in full swing and has metastasized to other organs now. A week before the patient passed away, Dr. Wilkerson was trying to talk us into trying ANOTHER form of chemo. Patient was too far gone already to even discuss this.... I think a lot of things could have been done differently. He needs to listen to people. His nurse practitioner, Greg Tisdale was honest and direct. Which hurt to hear, we already knew the outcome - but at least he told us the truth. Unlike Wilkerson...
