Blessed to have ended up with Dr.Turvey in the ER
Dr. Turvey is an excellent surgeon with an equally excellent bedside manner. He has such a comforting personable manner. He was scheduled with me because of a trip to the ER with a badly broken ankle and I'm so glad that he was my surgeon.

Best Orthopedic surgeons in the area
The staff and Dr’s at Texas orthopedics are phenomenal. Dr. Turvey saw me in rehab after a bad ankle break. He did not rush into surgery like my old orthopedic surgeon he wanted to take more conservative measures and so glad. I had broken my other ankle over a year prior and was rushed into surgery, which I’m still having significant pain and complications I’m so thankful for Dr’s Turvey and Stockton and will only go to Texas Orthopedics moving forward. I’m lucky that Dr. Turvey was the Dr. on call while I was in rehab

Dr. Turvey is one of the BEST I have ever seen!!! I was referred to him by a colleague at the emergency room for a broken ankle. He is so honest, transparent, gentle and kind! He takes the time to see you, explains everything clearly! I completely trust my care in his hands. He is an excellent surgeon! Thank you Dr. Turvey for being you ;0)

A wonderful medical doctor!
I recently saw and was operated on Dr. Blake Turvey at Seton Ascension Hospital in Round Rock, Texas. He was a delight; friendly, not arrogant, thoughtful, and kind. After several attempts, which were understandable, he successfully operated on my sacrum after I had fractured it in a fall. Today, I'm home recovering and still grateful to have met Dr. Turvey. While several other doctors failed to diagnose my fractured pelvis, Dr. Turvey was determined and convinced that my pain was real and it was getting worse. If you live in the Round Rock/Austin area and you're looking for a superb orthopedic surgeon, call him. You will enjoy knowing him and depending on him to help you recover!
