Dr. Lewis goes out of his way to care for his patients. He found the time to call me in between procedures to address my concerns and he's a very busy doctor, so i appreciate that! Excellent staff, too. Wish he could also be my primary. The best!!

I made an appt last year with Dr Lewis, and got a call an hour later announcing my appt would now be at another time. Not even an ask, just an announcement. This happened again recently.

Dr. Lewis is absolutely wonderful! In this day and age to find a doctor of his caliber is not common. He has an amazing personality and bedside manner. He made my colonoscopy and endoscopy so easy. He is easy to talk to and relate to. He listens to all your concerns and always seems to be very confident in your needs. I would 100% recommend him to anyone.

Due to my current gastro not being able to remove 2 large polyps, I was told to find a dr who removes difficult polyps. My internet search took me to NYC. Although I was nervous to travel to NYC, once I met Dr. Lewis, I knew I was in the right place. He is soooo nice, professional and confident. Everyone at Carnegie Hill Endoscopy was beyond great. I had no worries at all. He spoke with me and my husband after the procedures & all is perfect. He is an amazing doctor. Excellent!!!!!

Dr. Lewis is a Prince among doctors. Perhaps as a physician myself I am sensitive to this. Every time I have seen him I have had - of course, since I am a doc - my own diagnosis - and every time I've been wrong, he's been right, and I've gotten better quickly. He is professional, courteous, friendly, personal, has a nice sense of humor, accepts Medicare, affiliated with one of the great hospitals in the country (Mt. Sinai) - and sees his patients on time (when was the last time you heard that?)
