Excellent result for my blood pressure
I've been seeing Dr. Irfan for several months to lower my blood pressure without medication. Her integrative approach has been life changing! she not only customized plan to improve my nutrition, exercise, and stress levels. She also recommended specific dietary changes, targeted supplements and peptides that have made a big difference in my energy and kidney function

Highest respect for Dr Bismah’s wisdom & approach
I truly benefited for Dr. Bismah’s advice concerning non-pharmaceutical approaches to managing blood pressure initially and separately for functional medicine. I saw her in 2019 and continue to practice wholistic principles she recommended. I am forever grateful for her guidance.
