Extremely long wait times. Then I felt as though she was rushing to get through the appointment. She had the nurse explain everything regarding the weight loss program and she only spent maybe 5-10 minutes with me.
I felt like it was just a pitch to purchase the products she sells in the office. The diet isn’t anything that you couldn’t do on your own.

Dr. Joel has been my primary care doctor for nearly ten years. Throughout that time she has never failed to respond and cure my health problems. I give her a 100% rating as a caring, empathetic, knowledgable person and physician

Dr Binju is my internal medicine Doctor For 3years now, she is my diabetic Dr too. I left my Endocrinologist and went under Dr Binju’s care. I am receiving better care with her than my endocrinologist. Dr Binju is very knowledgeable, compassionate and caring. I am glad that I changed to her care.

My mother is a patient of Dr. Joel's. I need a letter stating my mother cannot make decisions; she has end-stage Alzheimer's & my father cannot assist either. The person at the desk said they couldn't release any information. Well, ok, but how do I get help then? "We cannot give out any information." The aide got rude. I asked to speak with someone else. She refused and hung up on me. I hope this young woman's mother has another daughter to help her when the time comes - and look out for Karma!

My wife and I were looking for a family doctor and decided to go to IHA for its convenient location. We were referred to Dr Joel. In 57 years I have never met a more compassionate and professional Doctor. Her sincere care for our health was obvious on our first visit. Her knowledge and bedside manner was second to none.
