Because she was very professional, and listen to me, and explain what I needed to know, and what I wanted to know, and gave me examples of what I was trying to explain to her about my physical exam with no problem, and very professional, and very understanding.

She was a very nice person but I was seeing her because I have surgery scheduled for the 28th and needed clearance from my primary to move forward. I was in the office last Thursday and was told the paperwork had been sent over to the dentist office, upon my arrival to the dentist office today I learned they never received anything from my primary. I called from the dentist office and was placed on hold for over 15 minutes and I can show you my call log and no one ever came back so I hung up and it's 16:42 in the evening and no one has called me back to check and see if all was well. This is not the doctors office I once knew.
