Dr. Billy Atkins, MD

Dr. Atkins has been my doctor and dear friend for 45+ years. I have only sincere praise for him, his nurse, and office employees. You could never find another doctor that cares for you like him. Blessed to have him, Donna Paschall

I am only leaving a 4 because I've only had the one interaction with his office staff and him directly. His office staff, both the reception staff and the nurse I spoke with, were pleasant. The nurse made sure to remember and make the doctor aware that it was my first ever pelvic exam. When Dr. Atkins came into the room to get my info, he went quick and was pretty to the point. When it came time for the actual physical exam, he brought that same nurse into the room and dove straight into the exam. He was as gentle as possible, and kept talking to me about my life to help me relax. He explained exactly what he was looking for during the exam. I had to catch him going out of the room to ask him some questions, but he gave a good explanation. I would recommend him and I hope to have just as good experiences with him in the future.

Dr. Atkins is one of the best doctors I have ever used. He is very concerned & listens. He goes far beyond the call of duty compared to any other doctor I have ever used. He has stayed with me at the hospital all night twice because he was concerned with my well being. He delivered all four of my children including a set of twins. He has helped me multiple times with other issues also. He has helped others in my family also. I truly look up to him and his staff.

I have always used dr. Atkins until I moved to beaumont area in 2013. He delivered both of my children and I could go see him if I ever needed to for anything. Very great staff and very patient.

Environment was very cold and uncomfortable. Dr. Atkins did not seem concerned about any of the questions or concerns I had and dismissed everything I asked him about. Very old school and horrible bed side manner.
