Terrible doctor
Dr. Billie Borden is a in uncompassionate, uncaring Dr. She has no respect for women who have cancer. She is dangerous. You cannot play with people lives like that. My mom wants to live and for her to ignore her and be disrespectful is not what being a doctor is all about. We call her office many times and she would not call back until another Dr made a appt for us. Do not have her as a surgeon.
