Dr. Saulat listens to the patient and the family of the patient. He reviews the entire case overall and does not just center on the neurological aspect. He looks at the full picture of patient, then customizes care to accommodate that need. His analytical skills are the best we have ever seen in a medical professional. Dr. Saulat is extremely professional, yet kind and understanding. He has always taken the time to explain my mothers condition to both of us. He gave my mother permission and encouraged her to be her own advocate, always letting her know he is available at every turn. Dr Saulat gently explained medical conditions that she has been afflicted with and stressing her entire life, and has prescribed effective medications to keep her leveled and treated. Dr. Saulat came into interior waiting rm. approximately 1&3/4 hrs. after my appt. time. He was chewing food carrying a drink. He spent most of his time at the computer, asking me questions. He was impatient & continued repeating, That is not the question..Answer the question, in an irritated way when I didn't understand. As he worked on the computer, he picked his teeth with his fingernail & flung the food across the waiting rm. He conducted a brief physical exam. I left after 2 & 1/4 hrs.
