Dr. Youssefi did a right and satisfactory job which I thank him. I contacted the billing office which I confronted with a very rude lady which even doesn't want to respond you with minimum morals that she is expected when talking to a client. This's just a quick heads up for the Dr. Youssefi, you can contact the billing office and see how she deals with you like a collecting agent. I'm so sorry that a patient has to go through this. Assume that you become sick and have to deal with this lady!!
