The doctors who work at the Nagle Ave location are well trained and know what they are doing, however, the receptionists are very RUDE. They don't even look at your face to talk to you.I asked them to submit an authorization to get a vaccine that my insurance COVERS as long as the doctor authorizes it and they told me that 'it's not covered' without even knowing what my plan is or checking my info. The insurance and pharmacy told me that it is covered, but the doctor had to send an authorization first. I called for 3 weeks and they told me that 'they were checking', supposedly 'it couldn't be done', but they NEVER sent the auth. (Also the fact that when you call, they leave you on hold for up to 40 minutes and never call you back) I had to pay for the vaccine because it was urgent, but how is it possible that I have to pay for a vaccine that could be 100% free? because of people who don't want to work? VERY BAD customer service.

I called Dr. Fajardo for advice and counsel on the asthma attacks I have been having. I have had asthma since I was born, and he was telling me not to use the nebulizer, only the inhaler. WHICH MAKES NO SENSE, if I am having an asthma attack and am home, and I have the nebulizer, why wouldn't I use it? Second, he would not even let me explain what I was going through, nor would he let me get a word in. To add, as soon as he found out I had insurance now, he said he cannot help me and that I should just go to a pulmonary specialist. Again, I tried to explain, but he just said "I am hanging up now". Extremely rude! He has only seen me once, and it wasn't the best experience either (I should've known better), but at that time I had no insurance so options were limited. This doctor only wants cash. He does not take cards in his office and prefers you not to have insurance. Shame... Lesson: Reviews are worth something, listen to them!
