My kids have been going here for years. Dr. Reddy has always been great, when we actually get to see her. The staff here unfortunately have made this place a nightmare. They always charge a copay when it should be fully covered. You have to wait hours for an appointment you were already scheduled for, but if you are late at all they don't get you in even for a shot for school. I decided to take my daughter to my doctor's office and their staff was even rude to my doctor's staff. I liked daughter Reddy but cannot continue to put up with her staff.

I am very disappointed with the follow up procedures and the incompetent staff at this office. Dr. Reddy discussed and sent me for a large panel of blood screens (so I thought). Here I am 19 days later STILL trying to locate my results. The office states that I didn’t have any blood work on file and that the doctor herself stated she never sent me. Getting someone to just call me back is such a headache! What kind of professionals are these ? They don’t even have our discussion during my exam marked on file?

Dr Reddy communicates very well to explain your condition and treatments/medications available. She asks for patient input concerning treatment preferences and personal issues. She takes the time to thoroughly discuss your concerns and answer questions. She is very sweet and personable....talking about sensitive issues with her is easy. Her treatment is very calming and comforting.

Horribly run office. After one year of trying to work with this office doing simple things like schedule a check up, I changed doctors. Great location for our family, but the appointment scheduling is so poorly run that it crushes any benefit this office offers. And let me tell you, I gave them many opportunities over many months. One failure after another.

Dr. Reddy is a wonderful Dr. She is extremely caring and always takes her time to listen. She doesn't rush you in and out in 15 minutes like most Doctors. She is a fabulous Dr. for my son as well.
