Director is not a team player. Shes rude, and wont admit when shes wrong. She talks down to her team.

Worst appointment of my life. Will never go again.

I have been seeing this Dr over 5years and the Dr office over 7years they have stood by while I was very difficult and belligerent and she has always handled me with care keeping me on my medications listening to my concerns and referring me to the right specialist and has been very patient with some of my stubbornness I appreciate this Dr and her office for the care and patients they have had with me

Fell asleep in the middle of reviewing my medical history. Refused to do my procedure day of and passed me off to a colleague who was already over booked in the hospital. Then cancelled my appointment on me the day i was supposed yo get my test results back 2 hours before my appointment time. Very unprofessional.

Completely unprofessional, and arrogant. Provider stated she would not allow me to have a refill on birth control until she performed a pap smear. Although, I wasn't due for another one for over a year she stated it was up to me. She stated I am the doctor so trust me, you need a pap smear every year . Apparently she doesn't stay up to date on the recommendations by the medical community and thinks she knows better. This happened in 5 min since the rest of the appt was performed by a student.
