Dr Smith seemed good at first. But as time went on, she would simply ignore messages either left by phone or sent on mychart. When routinely pressed, id finally get an answer of "Honestly, I dont know." Numerous times in person she would tell me "this is over my head." She was unable to explain test results to me. However, would make changes to my medications and plan of care based on results that she told me she didnt understand. I was very uncomfortable trusting her decisions and believe my health deteriorated as a result of her inability to interpret test results and her lack of knowledge about the conditions she was treating. Almost every visit, she documented information as if they were facts but could be proven as inaccurate.

Thorough and Compassionate
Dr. Smith is an outstanding primary care doctor. She does not make you wait, in and out fast, yet she takes the time to answer all your questions and is very thorough. Great bedside manner and very compassionate and kind!!! Would 100% recommend her!!
