Excellent
I had a scheduled C-Section and throughout the process Dr. Bev was very thorough and knowledgeable. She walked me through the procedure and took the time to make sure I understood everything. My delivery was amazing.

I saw her and her husband for my first pregnancy in 2013. It didn’t take long to realize that they suggest induction at 39 weeks to nearly everyone. Unfortunately because it was my first pregnancy and I didn’t know better I listened to them. They induced me with half a dose of cytotec and when it was unsuccessful they reverted to scare tactics of “you’ll be in the hospital for a week if we keep going” etc. and said I needed to just have a c-section and be thankful I made it this far. As I cried Bev said to me, “(my name), WHY are you crying?! Women in Africa would be thankful to have this surgery.” I have since gone on to have three successful induced VBACs with another local office at 41+1, 36+0, and 38+4 weeks. I would never trust her with my care.

I saw Dr. Hall-Ndlovu for my 4th pregnancy. I had 3 previous, uncomplicated natural births. For most of my prenatal appts I saw the Nurse. At my 36 week the dr said she wanted to induce me at 39 weeks because I had "large" babies (1 at 7lb10oz, 2 at 8lbs10oz). When I said I didn't want to be induced and never had been, she asked if I was willing to have my baby get stuck and possibly die. She never talked to me about the risks of inducement. I also wanted a natural birth and had heard she had two natural births. I thought, great, here is a woman who will help me and support my birthing choices, and when I tried to discuss it, she was dismissive. I left that appointment feeling upset, that she would just take over, and not trusting that this was a doctor I wanted taking care of me during my most vulnerable birthing time. Terrible bedside manner, uses scare tactics. I never went back to her, found a new practitioner, and had a beautiful, peaceful, un medicated birth to an 8lb 1oz baby.

I was disappointed to meet Dr. Hall-Ndlovu for the first time on the patient table. She said hello and went directly to the computer, asking many questions without ever looking at me. The second visit she was kind and caring as the possibility of uterine cancer loomed. The third visit she was elusive and curt and then would not return my calls regarding my biopsy results, stating I must meet her in person. However, her next available appointment was six weeks away, three days before the surgery she scheduled and recommended THROUGH HER NURSE, stating I could cancel the surgery if I didn’t agree with her recommendation after we met. Meanwhile, I was left to continue to suffer with the painful symptoms I originally went in for. The WORST experience I’ve had with a gynecologist in 40 years.

I have been going to Dr. Bev for over 20 yrs. She delivered my daughter and may have possibly saved my life when I had a medical emergency two years ago. She's a very thorough and caring. I would give her 1 million stars if permitted.

She is a fat shaming doctor. She doesn’t listen to what you have to say. Everything is surrounded by BMI BMI BMI !!! She tells me I need to be induced because I’m at a higher risk for developing preclampsia and diabetes because I’m overweight!! I’m only 23 weeks!! Why are we talking about induction? DO NOT GO TO THIS WOMANNN!!!!!

She is a competent physician. Medically I have no complaints. However I found her bedside manner incredibly poor, and as a plus-size patient felt like she was honestly repulsed by me. Her care decisions all centered around my weight with no clear medical reason why. I never felt treated with basic human dignity as her patient.

I visited Beverly with severe hot flashes as a 22-year-old, severe pelvic pain among a whole other slew of things. When I was giving her my symptoms she cut me off and said: "We don't have time for that today you'll have to schedule an appointment with the nurse practitioner for that." I have never experienced worse bedside manner. I left the office absolutely appalled with how dismissive she was of my serious and now worsening concerns. Complete waste of money. DO NOT GO TO THIS WOMAN.

I had a positive and professional experience, she makes you feel you're re her first priority, her exam was thorough. Had to have a procedure and was scheduled promptly and she called me personally to see how I was doing and had my results! I would strongly recommend her for your doctor!
