She listens to your questions and explains things completely. You feel very comfortable with her for your first appointment.

Dr. Brisbin is very professional and thorough. The gel injections lasted for more than eight months.

Total attention was given to me. Stafff and doctor were attentive to Mr and my needs. I totally recommend.

She did not review an MRI with me. Had to seek the help of another doctor. There is an issue brisbin failed (or choose to) not treat. In short, she told me, '...that's usually reserved for younger athletes who are in high school or college...', when I asked about particular exam. Additionally, the MRI showed other issues that should have been brought up to my attention.

Apparently having decided from the notes on my prior visit with a colleague that there was no possibility of learning anything about my condition from me, the doctor literally interrupted every sentence I spoke before I could complete a thought.Each interruption was either a denial of my experience that the bakers cyst in my knee was causing problems or a repetition of the absolute falsehood that bakers cysts are never removed and always left in place because they always come back.Each time I tried to speak, she began shaking her head in denial of whatever I was about to say and interrupted before the sentence was complete, confident that nothing could be learned from a patient about that patient.Concluded by telling me to book an appointment with her surgeon colleague (for surgery she claims never happens?).Zero counsel on pain management, my primary concern.Why did this appointment even happen if she knew before talking to me that she was never going to do anything to help me?
