Dr. Betty Lee, MD

I've been with Dr. Lee literally for decades now. No matter where her practice moves, I will follow her. She is caring, kind, patient, really listens, takes her time to make sure all questions and concerns are answered & addressed, and she's fun & easy to talk to.

Been with Dr. Betty Lee for several years and found her to lack bedside manners, she is cold, and rude. Her accounting office went ahead and charged my card after I contacted them and said I wouldn't pay my invoice until the Doctor followed through on what she said she would do. Accounting office blunder was the last straw.

I was fortunate to see Dr. Betty Lee one time and received great care, however dealing with her office staff/nurses is a whole different horrendous story. I have had the worst customer service experience ever! Whether it is repeating my symptoms and reason for call to multiple staff, being placed on hold for more than 20 mins then forgetting who I am and reason for call, having to reschedule my appointment due to scheduling the wrong date, & just having to request info from staff has been awful!
