Dr. Bethany Troutwine, MD

Reschedules, makes appointments on her time very inconvenient. Does not listen to patient needs.

My grandma has went here for years and Dr troutwine is great, however she hardly ever sees her. She usually sees a girl named Heather and she is terrible! She throws medicine at everything instead of looking at the actual problem, she also is extremely rude and a "know it all" And I use that term very loosely since she has no solution to really help my grandmother she just wants to further enable her and put her on a deathbed we will never see her again! From now on we will either see her real doctor or she will not go there! I gave this place 3 stars still though solely because I know there are good doctors and nurses in this building but she is not one of them!!

I called the clinic and told them about family physician just quitted and I needed to find a new FP. The staffs were helpful and got me scheduled with Dr. Troutwine, who was the only one available for the date that I requested. She is patient, encouraging and caring. She always asks me follow up questions about stuff that we discussed from previous visits. At once, I had an emotional breakdown during the visit and she spent time to listen to me and gave me care that I needed.
