The provider had no context for my scheduled exam or records. She seemed to be fumbling through the appointment. After asking me a series of questions, she then said “okay that’s it.” As I blankly stare at her, she looks down and replies “oh, for that one. We have one more.” Part of her task was to thoroughly review my records before making a professional judgement call. My conditions are claims to secondary conditions. In examiner’s rationale, she said my condition was better explained by a condition that had been resolved by PT and the other due to hemorrhoids, that I had surgery for a summer prior. I’m no doctor, but neither condition has anything to do with an overactive bladder. She referenced outdated treatment notes, but if she looked at current records would reflect on the true nature of the conditions, medications, and treatment. Dr. Liu was rude & abrasive. She seems to act like she's being helpful, but the opposite is true. I don't trust her.
