Extremely unprofessional
I saw Dr. Hardiman for an intake appointment, intending to transfer care to her during pregnancy. Dr. Hardiman’s office was unhappy that I had spoken to another provider before my appointment while deciding which OB to transfer to. They seemed to feel they were doing me a favor by taking me on as a patient and were very judgmental about my desire to make an informed decision about my care team, which made me very uncomfortable. It was clear that it wasn’t a good fit and I chose to terminate care at that point. Since then, they have insisted that I owe them more than is reflected on my explanation of benefits (not permitted as an in-network provider) and the practice manager has repeatedly hung up on and shouted at insurance reps calling on my behalf. They have been extremely unprofessional and I would not recommend them to anyone, especially an emotionally vulnerable first time mom-to-be!

Dr. Hardiman is by far the best doctor I've ever had. Her excellent care and focus of me during my pregnancies and then during a gynecological emergency were compassionate and professional.
